                                                     AI-Enhanced Product Design & Engineering

  • I integrate AI tools directly into my Solidworks workflow — not as a shortcut around engineering judgment, but as a way to move faster through the parts of the process that used to slow a project down.

  • Using it to accelerate design research, generate and stress-test concept directions before committing time to a full model, investigate technical solutions and material options, source components, and compare specifications against project requirements. It also supports decision-making at key design checkpoints — flagging trade-offs early, before they turn into costly changes further down the line.

  • The modeling, the drawings, the FEA, the final sign-off — that's engineering judgment, done by me. AI just compresses the research and evaluation cycle so more of the project timeline goes into getting the design right, not into digging for specs.
